FREE Hot Half Hours for
retailers
Presented by
the Australian Retailers Association, the free Hot Half Hours training
sessions are designed to increase profits and grow your retail
business.
The three day program offered a sequenced flow of ½ hour
training sessions, divided into two subject areas of Retail Sales and Service
and Managing Retail Options. Understanding that visitors to the
Fair can be time restricted, the ARA Hot Half Hours were structured to
allow freedom to choose the sessions relevant to buyers needs or take advantage
of the full schedule. All sessions were free of charge.
The ARA Hot Half
Hour Training Sessions were presented by key industry figures and cover ten
topics including: buying profitably, planning your store layout to maximise
sales, the value of building relationships with customers and recruiting the
right team. Each session offered great value to both company owners and
employees wanting to create an edge and an understanding of the value of their
role in the Australian retail industry.
